FAQ:

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Jess accepts cash or credit at the time of your service. Lauren is cash or cash app only. Lisa is cash only. please come prepared with your payment since an ATM is not available on site.

Do you tattoo minors? 

Jess will tattoo minors 16 or older on a case by case basis and with parental consent and proper documentation. Lauren and Lisa do not tattoo minors- no exceptions.

What forms of Identification are accepted?

State issued ID, Drivers license, or Passport.

For Minors: photo ID, school ID, passport, as well as birth certificate and parent ID.

Can I see the design before my appointment?

We do not show the tattoo design before your appointment. If you prefer a consultation before we design your tattoo, that is totally ok! please email your preferred artist to schedule.

Do you do color tattoos?

We do not do full color tattoos but may accept an accent color request. 

​

Are there any tattoos or body areas you don't tattoo?

The tattoos on our page are the basis of what we tattoo. We do not do coverups or reworks of other artists work, tribal, human portraits, full color, realism (with the exception on micro pet portraits), surrealism, or geometric style tattoos. We also do not tattoo genitals, palms, neck, or feet.

What if I have to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule your appointment please email or call your artist at least 48 hour before your appointment. 48 hours notice is required for all reschedules and your deposit will transfer to the next month. Reschedules or cancellations within the 48 hour period will forfeit the deposit and another deposit will be required to book again. No-show appts will forfeit the deposit and will not be able to book with us in the future. We understand things come up last minute and we will always try to work with you! If you are more than 15 mins late for your appt, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to reschedule your session. Again, we understand things happen so please reach out and we will work with all our of clients the best that we can. Communication is key!

If I purchase a tattoo design from another artist, will you tattoo it?

If the tattoo design is in my style of tattooing or I feel as though I can recreate it as the original artist intended, then yes, I may accept it. You will need to provide proof from the original artist, giving permission for their design to be used. Please email before you schedule a design that was not done by us.

Will you tattoo more than one person at an appointment?

Yes! However, the sizing guidelines will not apply. Please email your design request and how many people will be coming for the tattoo.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! It's always more fun with a friend. One additional guest is permitted with you at your appointment (unless multiple people are being tattooed in the same session time)  for health and safety reasons! This also allows for minimal distractions while your artist is working.

Can you add cremation ashes in the tattoo ink?

Yes! Please secure a small amount of the ashes and bring it to your appointment.

Are there tattoos you don't do?

Our studio has a focus on lifework and illustrative designs. We don't do portraits, tribal/polynesian, coverups, reworks, arms or leg bands, full color, or geometric style tattoos.

Can I use numbing cream?

We prefer that all clients come with clean , unaltered skin. We may use a numbing spray AFTER the skin has been opened (line work) numb spray does not change the consistency of the skin and therefore is better for your tattoo experience. Numb cream has been proven to cause rashes, burns, and extreme reactions and therefore we prefer to avoid any risks and complications involving numbing creams.
